Who We Are

Physiotherapy Clinic Glasgow Direct provides a service that connects people who are looking for physiotherapy with physiotherapists, and helps to arrange and book appointments. You can contact us by email at info@physiotherapyclinicglasgowdirect.co.uk or through our contact page.

Our Service And What We Do

We act as an intermediary. Our role is to take your enquiry, connect you with a suitable physiotherapist or clinic, and help arrange or book your appointment. We do not provide physiotherapy treatment ourselves, and we do not give medical advice, assessment, diagnosis or any clinical service.

Any physiotherapy treatment you receive is provided by an independent physiotherapist or clinic, not by us. The agreement for that treatment is made directly between you and the physiotherapist, and is subject to their own terms and their own professional and regulatory obligations. We are not a party to that agreement.

While we take reasonable care in connecting you with physiotherapists, we do not guarantee that a physiotherapist will be available, that any particular appointment can be arranged, or any specific outcome from treatment.

No Medical Advice

The information on our website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for assessment, diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional. You should always seek the advice of a suitably qualified professional about any health concern. If you have a medical emergency, call 999. For urgent medical advice in Scotland, you can call NHS 24 on 111.

Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You agree not to use our website in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, to misuse it by introducing harmful material, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We may suspend or restrict your access to our website if you breach these terms.

Bookings And Appointments

When you submit an enquiry or booking request, you are asking us to help connect you with a physiotherapist and arrange an appointment. Any appointment is subject to the availability and acceptance of the physiotherapist or clinic.

Changes to, cancellations of, and attendance at appointments may be subject to the physiotherapist’s own terms, including any cancellation or non-attendance charges they apply. You are responsible for reading and complying with those terms, which are between you and the physiotherapist.

Fees And Payments

If we charge you a fee for our service, we will make this clear to you before you incur it. Any fees or charges for the physiotherapy treatment itself are set by, and payable to, the physiotherapist or clinic, and are agreed directly between you and them.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and up to date information when you contact us or make a booking request, and to keep your contact details current so we can help arrange your appointment. You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. If you are arranging physiotherapy for a child or another person, you confirm that you are entitled to provide their information and to act on their behalf.

The Physiotherapists

The physiotherapists and clinics we connect you with are independent providers. They are not employed by us and do not act as our agents. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, advice, treatment, quality of service or outcomes of any physiotherapist or clinic. Any concerns or complaints about the treatment you receive should be raised directly with the physiotherapist, and where appropriate with their professional regulator.

Intellectual Property

The content on our website, including text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the website for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or otherwise use our content without our permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, products or services of any third-party website, and a link does not imply our endorsement.

Our Liability To You

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for the acts, omissions or services of the physiotherapists or clinics we connect you with, as they are independent providers and responsible for their own services. We provide our website and service with reasonable care and skill, but we do not accept liability for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable, or that arises from your misuse of our website, from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or from the treatment provided by a physiotherapist.

Availability Of Our Website

We aim to keep our website available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free from errors or interruptions. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of our website or service without notice, and we will not be liable to you for doing so.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information, including any health information you share with us, and our cookie policy explains how we use cookies. Please read both alongside these terms.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you use it is the version that applies. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us at info@physiotherapyclinicglasgowdirect.co.uk or through our contact page and we will do our best to put things right. Complaints about the physiotherapy treatment itself should be raised directly with the physiotherapist or clinic, and where appropriate with their professional regulator.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes relating to them or to our service will be subject to the courts of Scotland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the place where you live.
